Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an accounting-related field
- Will be assigned under Accounting softwares
- Knowledgeable with general accounting
- Voice support
- CSR experience in BPO is a MUST - 2 months or 6 months
Qualifications:

Timely Ticket Response: Address customer inquiries promptly through the product ticket system to ensure a smooth support experience.

Error Replication: Work with customers to identify, replicate, and resolve errors or defects using various communication methods.

Knowledge Base Utilization: Identify recurring service requests in your area of expertise and create or recommend knowledge base articles to reduce ticket volume and improve efficiency.

Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone in all interactions, ensuring proactive and timely responses to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers via phone and email, and promote the use of knowledge base resources to enhance product utilization and customer success.
