Urgent | Platform Solutions Lead | Hybrid

Work setup: Hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA Pasay, Philippines

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Requirements:

• BA/BSin Computer Science or related fields is preferred. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered
• 3+ years in IT in experience developing and implementing Airtable projects or similar tools
• Proven experience as an Airtable engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of Airtable features, including views, forms, formulas, deep understanding + comfortable using all field types, automation, and integrations
• Experience with project management tools and collaborative software
• Ability to translate business needs into effective Airtable solutions
• Experience working for a Financial Service firm is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and customize Airtable bases tailored to our specific needs
• Create automated workflows using Airtables automation features and integrations
• Develop dashboards and reports using interfaces to provide insights
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices and new features
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Airtable configurations
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure Airtable solutions align with overall business goals
• Any related processes required by the client
• Quality & Information Security Management
• Adhere to and implement Infinit-Os quality and information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly
• Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification,destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses)
• Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related to information security
• Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior
• Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
