Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours based on client needs

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately and securely
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, ensuring timely communication among participants
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects
- Support project management by tracking progress and deadlines
- Maintain a filing system for important documents and records
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and execution of administrative processes to improve efficiency
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team
Requirements - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software or similar database management tools is a plus
- Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
