Position : Virtual Assistant

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range :$1200 - $1500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time-management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires multitasking across various tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate schedules
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, file organization, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in customer service by responding to inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information.
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
  • Assist in providing due diligence, corporate, and compliance-based services to industry professionals

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support and enablement role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Knowledge of corporate procedures and compliance regulations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
