  • You're a strong communicator—clear, confident, and professional, both in writing and speaking.
  • You love tools like Loom, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, and you’re quick to learn others.
  • You’re naturally proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify needs and take action.
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Bonus points if you’re tech-savvy, love documenting processes, and are open to working in adult media content environments.

Customer Support (Gorgias & Email)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias, email, and chat.
  • Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor support queues and identify recurring concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor comments and messages; escalate complex concerns when needed.
  • Assist in reporting performance metrics and identifying engagement trends.
Workflow Documentation (Loom & Slack)
  • Record Loom videos to explain workflows and create internal training content.
  • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of SOPs and onboarding materials.
Administrative Support
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Keep CRM systems and cloud records updated and organized.
  • Support day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth communications.
Project Management (Notion)
  • Use Notion to manage and track tasks and projects across teams.
  • Keep project boards up to date and organized.
  • Proactively log new tasks, update progress, and communicate via Slack and Notion.
E-Commerce Operations (Shopify)
  • Assist with order tracking, product updates, and other Shopify maintenance
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners like ShipBob to ensure accurate and timely shipping.

  • Gorgias, Shopify, Notion, Slack, Loom, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, CRM systems
  • Experience with ShipBob or other 3PLs is a plus!
