- You're a strong communicator—clear, confident, and professional, both in writing and speaking.
- You love tools like Loom, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, and you’re quick to learn others.
- You’re naturally proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify needs and take action.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Your Mission Will Be To:
Customer Support (Gorgias & Email)
- Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias, email, and chat.
- Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor support queues and identify recurring concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor comments and messages; escalate complex concerns when needed.
- Assist in reporting performance metrics and identifying engagement trends.
Workflow Documentation (Loom & Slack)
- Record Loom videos to explain workflows and create internal training content.
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of SOPs and onboarding materials.
Administrative Support
- Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Keep CRM systems and cloud records updated and organized.
- Support day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth communications.
Project Management (Notion)
- Use Notion to manage and track tasks and projects across teams.
- Keep project boards up to date and organized.
- Proactively log new tasks, update progress, and communicate via Slack and Notion.
E-Commerce Operations (Shopify)
- Assist with order tracking, product updates, and other Shopify maintenance
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners like ShipBob to ensure accurate and timely shipping.

- Experience with ShipBob or other 3PLs is a plus!
