We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to closing. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Management:Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
    Coordinate and communicate with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate a seamless transaction process.

  2. Document Preparation:Prepare and review all transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    Organize and maintain transaction files, keeping them up-to-date and easily accessible.

  3. Timeline Management:Monitor transaction timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure timely closings.
    Communicate regularly with all parties involved to provide updates and gather necessary information.

  4. Client Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
    Provide timely and professional communication, addressing any concerns and keeping clients informed about the status of their transactions.

  5. Coordination with Service Providers:Liaise with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other service providers to coordinate necessary services and resolve any issues that may arise.

  6. Compliance:Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and contractual obligations.
    Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Real estate license or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination preferred.
