Job Description:

As a Virtual Vehicle Purchasing Agent, you will engage with customers selling used vehicles, delivering exceptional service, accurate pricing quotes, and coordinating vehicle pickups. By adhering to core company values and performance goals, you'll help build lasting customer relationships while contributing to team success.

Job Overview

• Perform daily tasks with a positive attitude, focusing on the four core company values: Respect, Help, Learn, and Grow.
  
• Answer customer phone calls regarding the sale of used vehicles, following a tightly scripted call flow to secure purchases.
  
• Use the pricing calculator to provide accurate price quotes for vehicle purchases.
  
• Collect customer information and coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery to store locations.
  
• Educate customers on essential details about the company’s products and services.
  
• Meet personal and team performance goals, participating in regular check-ins with your supervisor.
  
• Adhere to all Call Center guidelines and company-wide policies.
  
• Learn new skills, assist teammates, and complete additional tasks as directed.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  
• Possess experience in a customer service role.
  
• Work independently while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Exhibit strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating mobile devices and Microsoft Office products.
  
• Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Preferred qualifications (not required):
  

• Basic knowledge of auto parts.
  
• Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual).
