In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in performing long and short-term capacity planning to determine staffing requirements.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Monitors workload in all scenarios and teams to provide oversight and guidance on maintaining an optimal customer experience.
Triages system issues and outages between operations and technology
Manages and maintains alert messaging for clients, including SMS technology to update clients
Defines action plans and schedules to ensure that business needs are met alongside the needs of the customer while maintaining the company’s culture and training requirements.
Performs system administrator functionality to add, maintain, and update users, attributes, and routing as needed.
Gathers data, creates, and presents reports.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
With at least 1 year experience working in Workforce Management or related fields.
Must have basic, demonstrated understanding and knowledge of Internet principles, terminology and functionality
Must be highly skilled in Word, Excel, and Windows.
Must have strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of client information.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
