  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of process transformation experience in operations or Workforce Management (WFM), with expertise in WFM applications; 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive improvements and resolve issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactive in building trust and professional relationships with employees and team members; strong team-player mentality.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present professionally and effectively in front of large groups, including senior leaders.
  • Development Focus: Ability to identify and address professional development needs and knowledge gaps.
