This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting daily administrative tasks, while also managing financial records, reports, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Prepare and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Accountancy & Excel Responsibilities:
Support finance team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Assist in budget tracking and forecast preparation.
Reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
Perform data entry and maintain databases related to financial information.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
Provide any additional administrative support as needed.
Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Must have demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant, PA, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Background in accountancy or finance (degree or relevant certification is a plus).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
