We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Insurance Management to join our team. As an SME, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance, insights, and strategic direction in insurance-related matters. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that our insurance operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor and subject matter expert on insurance management within the organization.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on insurance industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize insurance processes and operations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to underwriting, claims, and risk management teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in insurance operations.
• Deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders, translating complex insurance concepts into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Insurance Management, with deep knowledge of insurance products, underwriting practices, claims management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and trends in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and tools (e.g., policy administration systems, claims processing software).
