Collection of seafarers' documents and update of the crewing system.
Undertakes the following tasks for assigned Principalβs vessels:
Handles initial collection of documents and all additional submissions, for respective Principals, of old and newly hired seafarers.
Issues the applicable joining formalities to the crew.
Ensures completeness and orderliness of the 201 file contents of concern seafarers.
Arranges the respective crew file organizer / clear book and ensuring completeness and orderliness.
Prepares and issues the Principal required joining formalities for concern joining seafarers.
Data input in concerned Principalβs crew system.
Encodes and update the details of the new/renewed flag state documents of all approved crew both new hire and ex-crew in the concerned Principal`s crew system
Checks and Inspects delivered working gear.
Submits reports as required by the Principal and 3rd party Stake holders.
Responsible for the quality of work in compliance with ISO 9001 Standards;
Performs other related functions that the immediate superior may assign.
College Degree
Preferably in Human Resource Management, General Business o Similar Qualifications in Maritime Studies.
Preferably 1 years' experience in Maritime Industry.
