As the Head of the organization, you are responsible for the driving the Sales Operation, P&L and a pivotal contributor to the Philippine office. You operate well in the Philippines or similar matured market environment and have excellent business acumen. You can connect the dots, build a strong relationship with industry associations and external key stakeholders, and navigate complex business challenges to take the business down a set path to achieve the business unit growth vision. You actively engage with key customers and leading industry associations to keep abreast of market movements as well as to influence and/or shape the external market environment. You will be in a key role to help shape and enable the Philippines strategy and contribute to the overall success of IBS Electronics Groupβs vision.
The Country Manager β (Philippines) is a senior leadership position. Supported by Global Management team you are responsible for shaping the strategic direction for the affiliate and ensuring the tools, skills, and expertise are in place to execute effectively to ensure your strategy becomes a reality. In this role, you will build and provide effective leadership for the team in a manner that is consistent with the IBS Electronics values. You will seek to inspire and lead the team to create transformative solutions that will ensure that IBS Electronics is recognized as being the best in the industry. As a senior leader in the Philippine team, coaching, mentoring, and growing talented individuals to fill senior roles as they become available is a key expectation. Promoting a culture of collaboration across teams is critical to success in this role. The Country Manager must be highly educated preferably with a post-graduate educational background in Finance, Engineering, and other Business-related degrees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will work in collaboration with the Managing Director - APAC to ensure seamless connection across all elements of the Philippines operating model.
- You will be responsible for developing and aligning business plans, strategic objectives,
- milestones, KPIs, and linking them to the overall corporate objectives.
- You will be responsible for creating organizational and financial successes at the country level.
- You will lead, connect, and influence internal stakeholders to align and deliver impactful strategies to win in markets and build the IBS Electronics brand externally.
- You will foster and create an environment, where people and diverse teams can contribute, take accountability, and learn from each other.
- You will coach leaders/managers in your business unit to support their journey towards higher leadership roles.
- You will be responsible for maintaining quality service to customers by providing the highest level of customer service experience.
- You will build a company image by collaborating with customers, industry organizations, and employees while observing ethical business practices.
- You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies to keep abreast of the best business practices related to our industry.
- You will develop new product line cards that are product-market fit to the current and future needs of the customers.

Skills Required / Qualification Requirements:
- At least 10yrs of Managerial experience in Electronics components
- Bachelorβs Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, with a Masterβs Degree, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Possess strong communication skills at all levels of the Organization.
- Problem-solving and strong analytical ability.
- Have a good relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to present, influence, negotiate, and effectively coach managers and supervisors to use the company's best practices
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to express opinions professionally, strong conflict resolution skills.
- Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Residing in Muntinlupa City or nearby cities.
