Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cebu city. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exemplary customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• College graduate welcome, with or without BPO experience
• Senior High school graduates - must have at least 6 months BPO experience
• Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) - must have at least 6 months BPO experience
• Amenable to work onsite in Cebu city
• can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Must have good English communication skills
