Encodes, Processes Transactions, Organizes, and Analyzes data from forms submitted by customers according to client standards and requirements. Coordinates with different groups to research and resolve customer issues.
Key Tasks:
Data Encoding, Transaction Processing and Organization
Encode data into databases, spreadsheets, or word processing programs or use automated software to upload digital data files.
Provide daily quality control support to ensure that all types of request addenda are managed correctly.
Analyze all data from the various forms submitted by users and solve errors/issues in the data before it is processed further.
Search and supply documentation detailing data requirements needed to fulfill the various programs.
Complete all necessary processing functions to ensure delivery of the task assigned.
Perform a series of processing actions (rule-based or judgment-based) to complete transactions, for internal or external clients depending on the operating model and apply "directional" decision-making. Can range from Simple to Moderate to Complex transaction requests.
