Job Description

The Face Media Senior Specialist is responsible for leading our digital marketing initiatives and drive e-commerce growth. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on driving traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and customer experience optimization.
SEO and SEM: Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and maximize paid search ROI.
Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to review and monitor engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including email campaigns, social media, and website.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate reports to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the stakeholders and implementation team to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing and e-commerce.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing (MailChimp), and social media.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exposure to e-commerce and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
