About this Position

As a Digital Support Intern, your role is essential in providing actionable insights and support for marketing campaigns and projects, directly impacting our company's mission to drive growth and engagement through informed decision-making. What youΒ΄ll do

  • Support in project management and data analysis for the Digital Support Team
  • Assist in planning and roadmap creation for projects and campaigns; Organize meetings with internal and external agencies and stakeholders
  • Help analyze data and provide insights and action plans for stakeholders
  • Engage in Reporting and Advanced Analytics for Marketing and Sales Team; Develop and update reports and dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI
  • Assist in project proposals and presentations for the Marketing and Sales Team
  • Enhance skills and competencies in reporting and analytics through hands-on experience
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize data-driven decision-making and support business objectives

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, or any related courses
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is required
  • Preferably with background in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon) and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, FB, etc.)
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
