Director of Sales - Real Estate Group, Metro Manila, Philippines
A real estate group is in need of a Director of Sales to join its team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Executive Vice President, will be responsible for the overall sales and sales operations of the company’s property portfolios.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
10 years experience in the same role for both horizontal, vertical, and township properties
Licensed Real Estate Broker
Excellent leadership and management skills
Experience in selling both horizontal and vertical residential properties
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Good network of prospect clients
Willingness to travel
Open to be based in Metro Manila
