The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position that is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’ ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and direct a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute ecommerce solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing and driving sales to the client’ online platforms
Orchestrates aspects of the ecommerce and marketing strategy for the brand.
Collaborate with internal team of ecom handlers to make online platform optimizations and adjustments to monitor sales performance and store metrics
Allocate tasks, set goals, monitor KPI and performance of each team
Collaborating with clients, online platforms and other stakeholders
Conduct alignment meeting and monitor live schedules
Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly report checking
Job Description:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Must have extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms and strategies (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok shop)
Must be a proven leader with experience both managing teams
