DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting and repair of cranes.
- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks to customers nationwide.
- Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
- Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
- Accomplish all required reports and documentation including field service reports, work time sheets, productivity reports, etc.
- Attend necessary service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies and capabilities.
- Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets such as mobile phone, laptop, service tools, company vehicle, etc.
- Observe, implement, and comply strict safety policies and procedures in both company and customer premises.
- Any other adhoc job assigned by management or immediate supervisor.
Β Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
- Must have basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, can drive.
- Able to work overtime as required.
- Extensive domestic travelling may be required.
- Willing to work on provincial assignments.
