Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to produce detailed financial reports. This role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and offering insights to improve financial processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Break down revenue streams and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and payroll laws.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth.
• Collaborate closely with company founders and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in U.S. tax codes, with a solid understanding of tax regulations and benefits specific to S-Corporations (S-Corps).
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and payroll.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify financial trends.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with financial planning in a digital marketing or similar environment is a plus.

• Experience in data analysis and cost optimization.
• Background in startups or fast-paced business environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools to streamline financial processes.
