The role

We are looking for an super smart graduate with an interest in HR and Recruitment to join our team to support the team in finding the best people for our business and for our clients 


The day-to-day tasks for the role will include 

  • Arranging interviews and screening (in Tagalog and Japanese) with candidates for the Cashel Business Services Business in varying roles
  • Arranging interviews and screening (in Tagalog and Japanese) with candidates applying for roles overseas with our clients in hotels in Japan
  • Supporting candidates in completing their visa documentation 
  • Making recommendations to the team on the most suitable candidates for their roles


About you

You will have studies a closely aligned subject and have a keen interest in people and organizational development. You will have great Japanese language skills and a passion for communicating with different people from different backgrounds.
