About the Role The client is seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & SDR Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and outreach efforts. This is a remote position with flexible, mostly asynchronous hours—ideal for someone self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-paced marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Primary Focus)
- Design marketing materials (logos, social graphics, PDFs, presentations)
- Collaborate on branding and visual identity projects
- Create visually compelling assets for campaigns and outreach
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Tasks - Conduct research on leads and target audiences
- Send cold emails using platforms like Apollo
- Track and report outreach performance metrics
- Assist with lead generation and list-building activities
Web & Marketing Support (Secondary Skills) - Assist with basic web edits (HubSpot & WordPress)
- Coordinate content updates and visual consistency
- Be open to light client-facing interactions when needed
Required Skills & Experience - 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and research tasks
- Working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- HubSpot, Apollo (or similar sales outreach platforms)
- WordPress and/or basic web design skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Slack for team communication
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Work Structure & Communication - 1–2 weekly check-ins via Google Meet
