The Role
As an Onboarding Project Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the TransVirtual platform for our clients. Acting as the key point of contact during implementation, you will take ownership of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and result in excellent customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of up to 20 projects simultaneously. Your role is pivotal in bridging communication between our sales, technical support, and integrations teams, contributing to a seamless client onboarding experience.
