THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner, a leading medical technology company, is looking for a People & Culture - HR Administrator who will be part of their Philippine team! For 32 years, the team has supplied the Australian healthcare community with quality and technologically advanced medical equipment, consumables, education and service. They also employ more than 1000+ healthcare specialists and support staff across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia
As the People & Culture Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate support for key HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. Reporting to the Manila Team Lead, you will assist employees and stakeholders by addressing inquiries and supporting the smooth operation of the P&C team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry into HR systems and support payroll with updated employee data.
- Respond professionally to HR-related inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws across AU, NZ, and Asia.
- Regularly review work for data integrity and compliance.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist with implementing new systems, policies, and cyclical processes like salary reviews and audits.
- Collaborate with the P&C Operations Lead, Business Partners, Payroll, and stakeholders for seamless HR delivery.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations support or similar
- Australia/New Zealand HR support experience is preferred; understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards in AU, NZ, and Asia is desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and user support. (e.g., SAGE, SAP, PageUp or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advance skill set across MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Has a high level of accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and openness to learning.
- Strong attention to detail and can manage up.
