About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of automation solutions across sectors like manufacturing, power, and utilities. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned automation platforms.
● Define product strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and technical capabilities.
● Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and specifications.
● Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems integration teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
● Oversee product lifecycle from concept to implementation and post-launch optimization.
● Monitor product performance and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards, automation best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
● 5–6 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3–4 years in project management or lead roles.
● Experience implementing industrial automation projects and process optimization.
● Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
● Proficiency in Figma and ClickUp preferred.
● Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
