✅ Qualifications:
▪️ At least 2 years of experience in software project management.
▪️Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
▪️Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
▪️Knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
▪️Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
▪️Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
▪️Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
▪️Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
▪️Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✨ Essential Functions:
▪️Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
▪️Allocate resources effectively and manage dependencies.
▪️Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
▪️Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
▪️Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and reports to ensure transparency.
▪️Address project challenges proactively and provide solutions.
▪️Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.
▪️Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
▪️Monitor team performance and address issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
▪️Implement and oversee the SDLC processes to ensure quality assurance and efficient delivery.
▪️Use appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) tailored to project needs.
▪️Manage risks, identify issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
▪️Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage tasks.
▪️Ensure documentation and tracking of all project-related activities.
