Duties and Responsibilities
Role Definition
Implements quality and compliance projects and practices to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Establishment of Standards and Frameworks: Draft/modify and implement corporate policies in key value chains, and; Develop, communicate and monitor implementation of standards, frameworks and processes.
Policy and Process Capability Development: Develop learning materials related to key process capabilities, and; Deploy and monitor implementation of capability transfer strategy and plans.
Process Compliance: Perform periodic quality assessments and identify compliance issues, concerns, and deficiencies; Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously; Conduct investigation activities on complex compliance issues and propose possible solutions, and; Manage the hand over and closure of issues related to compliance to respective Process Owners/Implementers.
Process Performance Management: Work together with Policy & Process Managers to obtain available data or information needed to measure the designed KPIs; Collect data, develop and disseminate reports on quality and compliance issues, processes and methodologies, and; Coordinate with process community for the process performance results that point to process improvement or process reengineering projects.
