Entry-Level Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support for administrative tasks and assist with talent sourcing to help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Β 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such maintaining candidate databases, and updating job postings.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach to gauge interest and qualifications.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing and streamlining hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online job platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
