Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a school, organizational or community setting
  • Experience in implementing programs that focus on understanding and knowledge of disease prevention and health promotion
  • Experience in policy creation, design and implementation is an advantage for this role
  • Experience in administrative and clerical tasks are a must for this role
  • Ability to learn and utilize cloud software
  • Pleasant personality and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
  • Strong networking and people management skills
  • Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage


Regular Responsibilities

  • Provide healthcare services to students and employees
  • Promote awareness to students and employees regarding the importance of disease prevention and mental health awareness
  • Prevent the spread of communicable diseases
  • Attend to minor ailments of students and employees.
  • Refer medical emergencies of students and employees to medical facilities
  • Monitor the general health and well-being of the students and employees
  • Safekeep student and employee health records
  • Oversee partnership with hospitals and clinics to assist the school in medical emergencies with major ailments and as required by CHED
  • Identify Health Hazards (HO) and other safety protocols
  • Manage employees' health and wellness activities
  • Participate in initiatives that focus on student and employee well being
  • Prepare regular reports for all stakeholders
