The role will help the team ensuring inventories are properly accounted for, inventory management controls are consistently complied with, and risks associated are timely assessed and managed. The post will partner with key stakeholders to attain inventory management metrics and goals.

Experience:

  • Proven experience on Inventory and Cost Accounting with a minimum of 4+ years meaningful experience, preferably but not limited to semiconductor or manufacturing industry
  • Strong exposure in the following is preferred: SAP/S4 Hana System, Data Analysis Tools such as but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview
  • Strong background in Inventory Risks and Controls, SOX requirements, Finance Audit, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience in systems implementation or integration is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills and keen to details
  • Proficient in dealing with big data and be able to use data analysis tools to provide reports that will help influence management’s decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to introduce process improvements and streamline current processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, ppt)
  • Flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborative with the different teams across the globe
  • Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • CPA or master’s degree or equivalent is an advantage
