DescriptionYou will pioneer the newest learning technology. You will design, implement and manage adoption of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will ensure these solutions align with our business needs, are engaging, and most importantly enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.
- Funnel and project manage technical integration of learning content providers
- Project manage technical implementation of extended enterprise/multi-tenant architecture
- Complete and facilitate tier 3+ technical support
- Complete application owner custodial and governance processes’
- Complete change management of platform enhancements
- Consult with business workgroups on how to best leverage the platform for learning needs
- Consult with Curators/Instructional Designers on platform functionality and enhancements
- Support reporting & business intelligence requests for learning initiatives

You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of relevant experience
- Experience implementing enterprise learning technology solutions and/or SaaS/PaaS
- Enterprise project and/or product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and story-telling skills
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience with LXPs and API integration e.g. Degreed, EdCast etc.
- Experience with learning content providers e.g. Pluralsight, Coursera etc.
- Experience with Workday Learning or other LMS solutions
- Experience working cross functionally, influencing change in a matrix organization
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills
- Experience with data analysis, statistics and visualization (with various BI tools)
- Experience working and communicating with senior leaders
- UI/UX design experience
- Experience with SAML SSO implementations
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with DevOps (Jira preferred)
- xAPI coding and/or implementation experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches
