As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by providing timely resolutions to their queries. You will correspond with your customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as fraud investigation, payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.
Minimum Qualifications
