Technical Designer - Manila

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Collaborate with clients, concept designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative design solutions that align with client needs,concept design needs and company standards.
• Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using software such Revit and Autocad.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with concept designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of design plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Material and Product Selection:
• Research and recommend suitable materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet design specifications and budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed specifications and procurement lists for project implementation.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.
• Client Interaction:
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workspace fitouts.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Revit Expertise is a plus
• Strong understanding of material specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
