Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. This role requires someone flexible, trustworthy, and highly organized, with the ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to the dynamic needs of the CEO. Familiarity with project management platforms is essential for ensuring streamlined coordination of tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and personal events.
  • Reservations & Purchases: Make calls to arrange reservations, book travel, and purchase items as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for communications, ensuring timely responses and clear messaging.
  • Project Management: Use platforms like Trello, Asana, or other project management tools to organize, track, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Document Handling: Safely manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Task Management: Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing emails, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Flexibility: Be available to assist during varying hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule, including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or comparable tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software).
  • Ability to make confident and professional calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support the CEO’s needs.
  • Familiarity with Washington, D.C., is a plus but not required.
