Job Purpose

As a Web Developer, you will be part of the team providing support for the Manila office. We are

seeking a highly motivated Web Developer to join the Marketing team. You will be involved in all

aspects of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on web development and maintenance, as well as

taking responsibility for corporate websites maintenance and development.

Key Accountabilities

Major Responsibilities The duties will involve:

• Create, maintain and enhance corporate websites using WordPress and/or standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript practices


• Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software and programming languages


• Work with the Marketing team on SEO and SEM projects including creation and maintenance of landing pages


• Work with the Marketing team on any UX/UI design projects


• Maintain and enhance Marketing platform, conduct testing and research on different software programs when required


• Develop and design creative content for prints, exhibitions, events advertisements, and social media, as required


• Other relevant web creation – eDMs and any other marketing and communication materials, as required


• Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential This role is suitable for a performance-driven individual who thrives in

a high-volume and deadline-driven, exciting environment. To be

successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Advanced proficiency in WordPress


• Good knowledge of standard web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript


• Knowledge and experience in relevant software and programming languages such as C++, Javascript, PHP and AJAX will be an advantage


• Knowledge and experience in UX/UI design will be an advantage


• Strong attention to detail, a mature positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines


• A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, resilience and ethical behaviour


• Ability to think “outside the box” while maintaining an unbiased, risk and analytically driven assessment of alternate options when decisioning applications.


• An ability to liaise well with others of all levels and source information and delegate efficiently
