ACS Senior Consultant

Description


Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide Accounting expertise and services to new and existing customers
As a Functional Consultant, you will be developing and validating customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
As a Functional Consultant,  in configuring/customizing NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements
Conduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Document solutions and contribute to solutions repository
Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise
 

Job qualifications:

Open to CPA and non-CPA
Comfortable to work at home until further notice and on a permanent night shift.
Our offices are at Glorietta 2 Corporate Center Ayala Avenue, Ayala North Exchange or RCBC Plaza – both at Makati.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Science & Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
Can communicate well in English both in oral and written forms.
Skills or Knowledge in Accounting or ERP Software as a User is okay i.e. SAP , JD Edwards, XERO, Blackline, Quickbooks, MS Dynamics, MS Navisio as long as its an Accounting or ERP software is already a plus
Has experience or exposure in implementation or enhancement or customization of the functions of the software
Experience in migrating Accounting processes is a plus
GAAP is essential
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, IT/Computer - Software, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
