- Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction on continuous improvement projects, including Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Lean projects.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates, helping them apply Six Sigma methodologies to their projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage Six Sigma projects from problem definition to the control phase using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and implement performance tracking systems to monitor project progress and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with functional heads and production teams to align improvement activities with business needs and strategies.
- Methodology Expertise: Provide expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, including 5S, Visual Management, and Standard Work

Qualifications
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process optimization, and change management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional or network-wide project
