Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial functions such as typing/encoding, photocopying, sending facsimile messages, etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Conforms to the requirements of the IMS standards on document management and control.
  • Draft simple correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Manage the department’s schedule such as meetings, appointments, and training, including travel arrangements and other logistic requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of department activities or special functions.
  • Manage and safely keep the department’s documents and records.
  • Manage the budget preparation and monitoring of the department.
  • Participate actively in the Company’s QESH programs, projects, and activities.
  • Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
  • Minimum experience: At least 4-5 years of work experience in a secretarial function and proficiency in computer applications
