Key Responsibilities:

  • Review service delivery performance of IoT outsourced partners/vendors wherein IT is assisting in managing these outsourced partners/vendors. Develop strategies for continuous improvement if applicable.

  • Assess and recommend possible IoT design, technology and solutions on hardware devices / network infrastructure (includes IT/OT DMZ and IoT communications technology like LoraWAN, 5G, etc.). Provide consultation and guidance for IoT design, technology and solutions on hardware devices / network infrastructure (includes IT/OT DMZ & IoT communications technologies).

  • Authorize IoT device procurement, installations, and connections and ensure compliance to industry standards like NIST, IEEE, ISO/IEC, and any standards defined under the Corporate IT Standards where applicable.

  • Monitor and track IoT device inventory deployed in FPH/FGEN offices and sites.

  • Performs periodic review/assessment of IoT devices across FPH/FGEN offices and sites to ensure compliance to IT Security and InfoSec Policies and Standards.

  • Manage and coordinate critical support & security issues of IoT devices / network infrastructure, including IT/OT DMZ and IoT communications technology like LoraWAN, 5G, etc. (if applicable). Develop and execute escalation processes to ensure free flowing escalation and information within the organization. Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation.

  • Recommend possible Operational Technology (OT) solutions with regards to OT hardware devices & network infrastructure. Provide consultation based on previous exposure to OT systems.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering.

  • Five plus (5+) years of comparable work experience or has work experience in Internet Of Things (IoT) project deployments and BAU/operational support.

  • Highly analytical and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues.
