Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust institutional brand strategies and provide key strategic brand recommendations on initiatives.
  • Define and maintain branding efforts to effectively deliver value proposition, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry and market trends and developments, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. Identify needs for new products and services, and makes recommendations to management.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure brand health, such as awareness, engagement, and loyalty that leads to systematic customer insighting and provide strategic brand leadership for the business.
  • Lead and manage a team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • With at least 15 years of experience in brand marketing. Experience in the energy industry is an advantage but retail experience in commodity marketing (e.g. Telco, utilities) is also acceptable
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful enterprise brands and advertising campaigns in the Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies and customer research models and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and insightful skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
