Roles and Responsibilities:

1. ESG Data Management System

a. Enforce the ESG Data Management Guidelines among data owners from various
business units;
b. Manage user accounts and access and on-board new users into the system;
c. Troubleshooting ESG data system or user issues;
d. Work with the rest of the CSG team to assist in ESG data analysis;
e. Draft user guides for system navigation, how to upload and approve data, and
generate analyses;
f. Improve the quality of user experience and innovate system improvements


2. General Administration

a. Assist in calendar management, event coordination, and records management;
b. In consultation with the members of the CSG, draft the annual budget and monitor its
performance; and
c. Facilitate the logistics requirements of the CSG initiatives:
- Work with the CSG technical team and involved external teams to identify the
admin requirements to support the CSG initiatives (resources, work plan, budget,
and timing).
- During the execution of the initiatives, help overcome the non-technical
challenges/risks encountered in coordination with the sponsor.
d. Monitor the progress of the CSG initiatives and their adherence with the approved
plans and schedules to deliver the agreed outcomes.


3. Miscellaneous

Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Sustainability Officer in relations with
the CSG program and goals.


Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor β€˜s degree on any science field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but at least one year experience in data analysis and/or management is an advantage
