Our partner is an Australian Accounting Firm providing top-market accounting services to high-growth businesses; small & medium businesses alike. Having served over 3,000 business owners & investors in Australia, USA and UK; they provide entrepreneurs with the financial support, analysis and insights they need to unlock business value.
They are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join their team in Manila, the Philippines. This role focuses on generating Month End Management Reports for up to 40 different clients each month, managing multiple stakeholders per client account. There will be opportunity to work closely with Australian Client Managers to provide valued financial reporting services to clients. Key Responsibilities
- Generate Month End Management Reports for up to 40 different clients each month, managing multiple stakeholders per client account - using Fathom application (reporting tool).
- Update & provide feedback on the Month End Management Reports to respective Client Managers, who then provides the feedback to external clients.
- Research accounting rules and regulations and make recommendations to deliver better service to external clients.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports.
- Work closely with external clients to understand their requirements and assist with their reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent courses.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Financial Reporting preferably from Australian Financial Institutions.
- Experience using Fathom (reporting tool), Xero, and the Google Suite is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English Language communication skills, both verbal and written.
