DescriptionMental Health Parity Project Manager will work on various projects to support with project management activities, vendor management, produce client deliverables and ensure quality standards are met. The Role
- Serve as the project manager and main liaison to the consultant and local H&B teams on smaller clients, which includes the following:
- Creating project plans
- Monitoring progress to deadlines and budget
- Scheduling and managing status calls for active engagements
- Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client
- Preparing the first as well as final drafts of deliverables for review by the consultant
- For group purchasing clients, provide daily support both directly to clients and in partnership with internal colleagues to resolve benefit related questions and issues; maintain and update materials related to client enrollment
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsΒ
- Producing and reporting analyses based on client requirements
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables
