Technical Skills    
o    Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, and MS Project)
o    Basic Internet / Email usage

o    Knowledge of Quality Management methodologies.
o    Internal/External Compliance or audit experience is required
Soft skills     
o    Good knowledge of Compliance/certification related standards like SAS70, SOX 404, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCIDSS etc.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • To partner with Ops to support effective deployment of policies, processes and practices in all Client Relationships/Functions to ensure:
  • Process improvements by highlighting gaps/ deviations and driving timely and accurate closures;
  • Greater efficiency levels within Function/ Client Relationship
  • Mitigation of financial / generic exposures
  • Compliance with regard to internal/external requirements/ regulations and information security standards (ISO Audits, ISG Audits, Internal Audits, BCP Audits, 3rd Party Certifications, SOX related requirements – P4P, Attendance, Extra time, etc.)
  • 100% preparedness for internal and external Audits
  • Plan and schedule Compliance Awareness Related sessions
  • Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof.
  • Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical. 


Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Graduate of any course or
  • 2nd year level in College (with relevant experience in compliance or audit)

Work Experience Requirements: 1-3 year of relevant working experience out of which at least 1 year in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Quality/Compliance role.
