Content Creation
- Develop, write, and edit marketing content including press releases,
marketing materials, social media posts, and website copy.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and communicates the
company’s value propositions effectively.
Communication Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, sales, product managers) to create and distribute campaign materials.
Media Relations
- Pitch stories, handle media inquiries, and manage press releases to secure media coverage.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics.
Internal Communications
- Support internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company news, updates, and events.
- Create internal newsletters, announcements, and manage the intranet content.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand identity and voice.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or any related course. Open to fresh graduates
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing Communication and familiarity with marketing campaigns
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with digital media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
