Key Responsibilities:
On-time receiving of goods, acceptance of service, payment initiation, release of goods to the requesting proponents and/or facilitating any corrective actions necessary
Facilitate review of Purchase Order, validation of Delivery Receipt, Billing statements, and/or invoices received.
Update and ensure completeness/accuracy of the Central Receiving Monitoring Sheet
Monitoring & ensuring outsourced personnel are performing their required tasks correctly and on time
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to the goods and invoices
Collaborate with other departments such as accounting or treasury to ensure that invoices and payments are accurately processed.
Maintain proper filing and record keeping of the receiving documents.
Prepare report and presentation as may be required.
Updating the policies and procedures as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management.
