Key Responsibilities
Ensures that key criteria for a full vendor accreditation program are in place prior to vendor engagement
Collaborates with various internal stakeholders to identify metrics in the assessment of vendor performance and ensures evaluations are done regularly
Evaluates and develops a vendor database management system
Conducts vendor assemblies when necessary to orient and update vendors on procurement policies, guidelines, and values and to ensure that vendors are aligned to corporate objectives
Analyzes and evaluates vendors based on approved Vendor Accreditation Policy
Performs annual review of all active vendors in the system
Regularly coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure that awareness of the vendor-related requirements and procedures
Recommends and executes ideas to improve the Vendor Accreditation Policy and Vendor Database
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelorβs Degree in a Business related course and/or Degree in Supply Chain Management
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in a centralized Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management setup
Knowledgeable in analyzing regulatory documents and other vendor-related requirements
Preferably with experience in credit analysis
