The Opportunity
Our client is a national boutique recruitment agency that specializes in recruiting for financial services industry. They are seeking for a Recruitment Admin to join their growing team!
They have been in the market since 2010, specializing in providing a bespoke level of service and care to their clients.
As the Recruitment Admin, you will have the opportunity to support the wider team in their recruitment operations and a chance of internal exposure with ongoing projects and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Format CVs to meet company standards and ensure all candidate profiles comply with relevant requirements.
- Manage the completion and secure storage of essential documentation, including ID verification, personal details forms, employment references, and work eligibility documents.
- Oversee the completion of Vevo checks (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) to confirm candidatesβ work rights and ensure compliance with casual contracts.
- Audit and verify candidate profiles in Bullhorn, ensuring that all personal details and required checks are up to date, especially for non-Australian passport holders.
- Ensure that all timesheet data is processed promptly and accurately in the ATS to avoid delays in payment or assignment tracking.
- Communicate assignment details to candidates, providing clear instructions regarding their roles and any updates.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure that candidates meet the necessary requirements for their assignments.
- Assist the recruitment team with reporting tasks, ensuring that the data in Bullhorn is always current and complete.Β
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment industry.
- Experience in Job Boards: LinkedIn, SEEK or other online recruitment platforms.
- Tech savvy candidates would have a good advantage in this role!
- Excellent English Language communication skills, written & verbal.
- Ability to complete a high volume of data entry.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and has exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Recruitment CRM (JobAdder, Bullhorn), LinkedIn & SEEK would be highly desirable.
