Job Description:

  • Carries out research and data gathering activities from internal and external sources to determine risk elements that can impact on the various businesses of the FPH Group

  • Collaborates closely with risk focals from FPH subsidiaries, helps in identifying and analyzing risks, assists in coming up with mitigating measures for these risks, and monitors the status of these risks thru regular updating and reporting

  • Facilitates the creation of a risk register for each of the FPH subs where all the data from risk assessment activities are put together, reviewed, and updated on a regular basis

  • Organizes on-site visits and project inspections on the FPH subs whenever applicable and engages colleagues on the ground to fully understand the business operations and/or on-going projects and the attendant risks that relate to these activities

  • Assists in the preparation of ppt risk materials and participates in the presentation to the FPH Senior Management, FPH Board Risk Oversight Committee (BROC)

Qualification Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree (Technical, Finance and /or Business Undergraduate Course) -

  • Masteral units in Business Management / Administration -

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in fields related to various areas of risk management, internal or external audits, compliance, strategy development and process improvement

Skills

  • Exposure to risk management work or business/finance course background

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
